Prayagraj: AngelLife Cosmetology & Wellness – world’s trusted aesthetics, skin, laser and body care brand hosted a remarkable edition of Brains, Beauty & Brilliance at its Prayagraj centre — an evening dedicated to women who inspire, illuminate, and influence through their journeys and their authenticity.
Unlike traditional panel discussions, the speakers at this event were encouraged to speak straight from the heart, without predefined topics, allowing the audience to witness raw, unfiltered stories of courage, resilience, and personal evolution.
The distinguished panel featured Dr. Sabita Dixit, a leading gynaecologist and IVF specialist; Dr. Kirti Agrawal, educationalist and social activist; Mrs. Jagriti S. Yadav, celebrity health coach; and Ms. Vibha Bose, psychologist, therapist, and international speaker. Each speaker moved the audience not just with their words, but with the honesty behind them.
Ms. Vibha Bose captivated the crowd with a powerful explanation of good stress versus bad stress — good stress being the kind that motivates, sharpens focus, and pushes one toward growth, while bad stress drains energy, clouds judgment, and traps the mind in anxiety. She illustrated these through real-life examples that left the audience deeply reflective.
Ms. Jagriti Yadav shared her emotional journey of postpartum depression, her early-career struggles, and the strength it took to raise a three-month-old baby while still nurturing her aspirations.
Dr. Sabita Dixit struck a chord when she spoke about the silent sacrifices of women — how they give time to their families, work, children, and in-laws, yet rarely reserve time for themselves. Her words resonated across the hall as many nodded in recognition.
Dr. Kirti Agrawal’s story was equally moving as she reflected upon losing her mother, overcoming insomnia and dependence on sleeping pills, and rising from a humble middle-class background to earn a prestigious scholarship in the United States of America. Her message of perseverance and faith in oneself brought the room to a heartfelt silence.
The evening flowed beautifully under the poised stage coordination of Dr. Shweta Srivastava, COO of AngelLife, with support from Dr. Aparajita Tiwari, Ms. Tanishtha Kesari, and Dr. Kirti Singh. The concept and creative direction behind the event were envisioned by Dr. Swati Chaudhary, Director & Aesthetic Physician at AngelLife, whose idea was to create a space where women could simply “be” — authentic, honest, and unapologetically themselves.

Though the evening celebrated womanhood, several gentlemen were also present to balance the yin and yang of the event, including Mr. Mangla Prasad Tiwari, Mr. Abhijit Bose, Mr. Vibhas Chatterji, Mr. Santosh Tiwari and Dr. Anand Chaudhary whose support added warmth and goodwill to the occasion.
