Sai Kondal Chinthala – From a humble beginning in Khammam to completing 90 KM cycling at IRONMAN 70.3 Goa 2026.
Khammam, Telangana: Some journeys are defined by where they begin, while others are remembered for how far they go. The story of Sai Kondal Chinthala, a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach from Khammam, is an inspiring example of determination, discipline and the courage to dream beyond limitations.
On November 1, 2026, Sai Kondal achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing the 90-kilometre cycling segment at IRONMAN 70.3 Goa 2026 in 4 hours, 16 minutes and 36 seconds, maintaining an average speed of 20.88 km/h. Representing Team H24 BTS Force in the relay category, he made his hometown proud through this remarkable endurance achievement.
Coming from a humble lower-middle-class family, Sai Kondal was raised in Khammam. His father, Satyanarayana, worked as a dhobi, while his mother, Nagamani, served as an Anganwadi teacher. Facing educational and financial challenges, he stepped away from formal education at the age of 17 to support his family. However, he never gave up on his dreams.

On February 3, 2018, at the age of 18, he began his professional journey in the wellness industry. What started as an opportunity gradually became his passion and purpose. Today, with over eight years of experience, he works as a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach associated with Sri Sai Nutrition & Wellness Center.
His professional work focuses on weight management, personalised nutrition guidance, BMI assessments, fitness activities and lifestyle transformation. Over the years, he has helped individuals understand the importance of balanced nutrition, regular exercise and sustainable healthy habits.
For Sai Kondal, motivating others towards fitness also meant leading by example. This belief inspired him to challenge himself through endurance sports. Balancing his coaching responsibilities and business activities with early-morning cycling sessions and structured fitness training became an important part of his daily routine.
His preparation for IRONMAN 70.3 Goa tested his physical endurance and mental strength. Months of consistency, discipline and determination eventually led to his memorable performance on November 1.
His teammate Tajuddin completed the 21.1-kilometre running segment in 2 hours, 27 minutes and 45 seconds, making it a proud relay achievement for Team H24 BTS Force.
Sai Kondal’s journey extends beyond sports. He is the author of The Rise of a Dreamer and has received several recognitions, including the Indian Talent Icon Award, Business Excellence India Award 2026 and Pride of Telangana Awards 2026, where he won in the Influencer category. He was also the first runner-up at Royale Mr. India 2026.
For him, the connection between wellness coaching and Ironman is simple: practising what he teaches. He believes fitness should become a lifestyle rather than a temporary goal.
His message to young people is that financial background, educational challenges or difficult beginnings should never limit their dreams. Consistency and self-belief can create extraordinary opportunities.
From helping people transform their lifestyles to completing 90 kilometres on an international endurance platform, Sai Kondal Chinthala has demonstrated that true success lies in practising what you preach. His Ironman achievement is not just a medal; it is an inspiration for the next generation.
